ReplyDeleteLike Ash (thats how I found you!) I really need to lose weight this year. So for every hour of sock knitting I do this year (I'm doing 52 pairs of socks) I'm going to do a 10 minute walk. Tomorrow I've got an 80 minute walk to do!
